      Present tense

      Past tense

was, were + Verb 2

      Present Cont. Tense

is, am, are + Verb. –ing

*Contoh: I am studying

      Past Cont. Tense

was, were + Verb. –ing

*Contoh: I was studying

      Present Perfect Tense

Has, have + Verb. 3

*Contoh: I have drunk

      Past Perfect Tense

Had + Verb. 3

*contoh: I had drunk

      Future

Will, be going to + Verb. 1

*Contoh: I will drink it.

      Modal

Can, may, would, shall, have to + Verb. 2

*Contoh: I would drank it.

TENSES UNTUK PASSIVE VOICE

      Present tense

Is, am, are + Verb. 3

*contoh: the door is opened by me

      Past tense

Was, were + Verb. 3

*contoh: the door was opened by me

      Present cont. Tense

Is, am, are +  being + Verb. 3

*contoh: the door is being opened by me

      Past cont. Tense

Was, were + being + Verb. 3

      Present perfect

TO REMEMBER

       Khusus untuk modal jika kalimatnya untuk masa lampau, verb. tetap memakai verb. 1 sedangkan modalnya diganti :

-can menjadi could

-will menjadi would

-may menjadi might

-shall menjadi should

       Penggunaan tenses

- past = sebelum

- future = akan dilakukan nanti

- present continus  = akan segera dilakukan

- present = sedang dilakukan

- present perfect = sesudah dilakukan
